This week is all about on boarding our clients. We want to make sure that all of our venues in the app know how to actually use it. So we went to Payne-Corley House to talk to Krista and Hope first. The Payne-Corley House is our very first client and we are so thankful for them. We also made them a video welcoming them to the preParti App which you can watch here:
We are really intent on providing an exceptional experience. That is for our end user but also for our venues as well. The video is a piece that we think is so essential for our customers so they can see how beautiful their venue looks in the app and get them excited for the onboarding session.
In the beginning, we know the user experience is going to take some getting used to, but I know these guys will have it down pat the next time I check in with them. Here they are giving it a go for the first time:
We were actually at the same bridal show over the weekend which was great because we got to show off their space to some of the brides at the show.
We also onboarded the ladies at Vines Mansion this week. They have a really beautiful space in Loganville, GA and it was so much fun walking through the space in real life since I've only walked through the mansion in the app. The ladies there were great and were super excited about getting to know the app.
Here's our welcome video for them here:
