The Payne-Corley House is one of our newest venues in the app and I wanted to feature it here on the blog because the couple who owns it are so down to earth and nice, and the house itself is beautiful. They did an incredible job renovating and extending it so it could be a warm and open space to have an event. Krista and her husband, Michael bought it in 2004 and with their background in events management and hospitality they turned a small quaint historic home in Duluth into a warm rustic chic venue.
We came to Krista with the preParti app and she loved it. We did the scan before the holidays and the team worked to get them in for the New Year.
Here's Rose working hard during the holidays on the Payne-Corley House
Our team is always working hard to maintain the integrity of the space and the details that give each of the venues their charm. One of a kind features in each space are labeled as the "hero asset." The wood carving around the fireplace is the detail that we really wanted to preserve at the Payne-Corley House. It's one of a kind and it adds a uniqueness to the space.
The Payne-Corley House is now in the app and it looks amazing. We recreated the image above and we changed the time of day so we can see what that looked like. Hope you guys enjoy and walk around the space to see all the charms of this beautiful home.
